Andrew J. Senchak, DO

Dr. Andrew Senchak is a fellowship-trained otolaryngologist specializing in dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, hearing loss, and complex vestibular conditions. After completing fellowship training in Vestibular and Balance Disorders at Harvard University, he developed expertise in diagnosing and treating some of the most challenging balance and inner ear disorders.

At the Ear Institute of Texas, Dr. Senchak provides comprehensive care for patients with dizziness, hearing loss, tinnitus, ear infections, ear pain, excess earwax, and other ear-related conditions. He is particularly passionate about helping patients find answers to chronic dizziness and balance concerns through advanced diagnostic testing and personalized treatment plans.

Before joining the Ear Institute of Texas, Dr. Senchak served nearly 15 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his military career, he contributed to physician education, clinical research, and academic leadership while caring for service members and their families.

Following his military service, Dr. Senchak founded Texas Ear and Vestibular Institute in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he spent seven years building a patient-centered practice focused on the diagnosis and treatment of complex ear, hearing, dizziness, and balance disorders. What began as a vision to provide specialized vestibular care grew into a trusted resource for patients throughout North Texas. The experience of creating and leading the practice allowed Dr. Senchak to combine his clinical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for patient care in a way that has been especially rewarding throughout his career.

Dr. Senchak earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, led research initiatives on hearing loss and vestibular disorders, trained resident physicians and medical students, and participated in humanitarian medical missions worldwide.
