This was a great and awesome office. I don’t know what changed internally in... their office. Something did. I’m so sad. I loved the care I got. I can’t even get a return phone call now. After multiple attempts. I have a very specific problem with my ears. Not all can treat it. Sad to see this office falling apart. Hope they can regain their stance. After I placed a lower review the office did reach out and resolve my immediate issue. I’m hopeful that they will continue to try to resolve their internal issues. I’m hopeful for them. I had an appointment with them The nurse, Judy, was 37 minutes late so my... appointment took 2 hours and 37 minutes instead 2 hours. She made me late for my other appointment and she was rude to me once she got me into her the office. Definitely, I do not recommend for you to come to this office.read more

Where do I begin. Our association with this office began with my husband... becoming suddenly and extremely ill with vertigo like systems. He was almost unable to be upright since his nausea and balance was so bad. After 2 urgent care visits and a primary care visit, I contacted Dr. Jackson's office. I explained the urgent nature of my husband's condition, and after a little begging, the nice lady that I spoke with was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning with Samantha. Prior to our arrival, I had called the office to ask if they had a wheelchair I could borrower since my husband was not going to be able to make it from the car into the building that morning without one. The young lady at the front desk, Denise, arranged for me to check him in and then use the wheelchair to bring him in. What a God send that wheelchair was for us that day as I don’t think my husband would have made it otherwise. Everyone that we met that day was kind, caring and compassionate to my husband’s situation and it could not have gone better. Desiree, who was assisting Samantha that day was unbelievably kindhearted and was caring and empathetic as she gathered information from my husband who was very pitiful that day since he was so sick. Samantha was thorough in her exam and evaluation and was kind and compassionate in her care. Dr. Jackson, during the several visits we had with him, was also very caring and thorough. I want to express a special gratitude to Desiree who has made herself available to us during our many visits and follow-up questions. She has been our lifeline into the office and has provided wonderful support along the way. I would have been lost without her.read more
